We designed this innovative harness based on the principles of a specific connective tissue line in the body referred to as the spiral line. Rotational movement through loading and unloading the spiral line produces a sling-type motion with speed and fluidity. When correctly loaded and unloaded, these lines produce a sling-type motion with speed and fluidity in movement.
The Sling Trainer engages with a golfer to encourage utilization of these connective tissue lines to create efficient, consistent, and powerful rotational movement. A body-resistant structure with 25-30 lbs of tension helps create the awareness and strength for rotational movement to reinforce habits relating to setup, tempo, and efficient body movement. Body rotation means more solid contact and club face stability, which in turns promotes longer, faster, more accurate and more consistent shot patterns.
